SMALL GROUP TRAINING

If you want to train with friends or family, then take advantage of the small group training. Each individual will have the exercise tailored to them to maximise performance

ONLINE TRAINING

Solely virtual, I can guide you through your bespoke exercise programme, workout by workout, wherever you may be. Alternatively, I can provide you a plan and we'll catch up every few weeks.

EXERCISE REFERRAL

The overall aim of this scheme is to improve your health and wellbeing. I will encourage and provide guidance for living a more active lifestyle. Referrals are accepted from any health professional.

HEALTH ASSESSMENTS

Fitness testing and health assessments from cardiorespiratory measurements like your predicted VO2 Max to analyses of body measurements such as anthropometric body measurements, body fat %, blood pressure, muscle imbalances, posture and everything in between.

If you are struggling with an aspect of your wellbeing, exercise or nutrition, I can help. I can work with you to find a solution that works for you and keeps you motivated. This service can vary from a chat to a bespoke exercise programme. We can also catch up as and when suits you.

PERSONAL TRAINING 121

Prices are per session

  • £50 for a one-off session

  • 5 sessions: £40

  • 10 sessions: £37.50

  • 20 sessions: £35

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

​Prices are per client per session

  • 1 Trainer / 2 Clients: £30

  • 1 Trainer / 3 Clients: £25

  • 1 Trainer / 4 Clients: £20

Minimum of 5 sessions required

ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING

Prices are per virtual sessions

  • £40 for a one-off session

  • 5 sessions: £35

  • 10 sessions: £32.50

  • 20 sessions: £30
