WHERE CAN WE TRAIN?
We can train at your home, in your garden or in your local park, I have all the equipment needed for an effective and fun workout. One of the many benefits of mobile personal training is that it can create a private, safe and comfortable environment for your exercise sessions, and can be tailored to suit you and your life.
WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL WE USE?
I have a range of equipment suited for all abilities and that can be suited to all goals. My full list is ever growing but currently includes kettlebells, sandbags, resistance bands & tubes, suspension training with gymnastic rings, dumbbells, core roller, jump rope and an EZ curl bar.
I HAVE AN INJURY, SHOULD I STILL USE A PERSONAL TRAINER?
Yes! Many clients have either current or past injuries that affect what types of exercises they can do. I understand and am qualified to build modified workout plans that account for any injuries that a client may have. If needs be, I will work alongside another health professional, such as a physiotherapist, to ensure we keep you on the right track.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I EXERCISE PER WEEK
If you set aside 3-5 hours per week to exercise with good planning, you can develop muscle and improve your cardiovascular fitness. Appropriate nutrition is equally, if not more, important though! So, if you want great results, you must combine the two!
