An 8-week programme for those either completly new to exercise (beginner), or have a little experience (novice). 

 

The main focus of this programme will be on developing your heart and lung function, with a side of strength, core stability, posture, and most importantly, creating a positive mindset towards exercise and health. The strength and conditioning sessions compliment one another to ensure a full body programme.

 

This two in one programme can be repeated as many times as you like, where you can look to better previous times and weights. You can also progress from beginner to novice once you are ready! Stepping it up further would be to invest in the Functional Fitness - Advanced & Intermediate programme. 

 

Test weeks included that can measure progress; comparing the start from the finish.
